1. Trading commission for share less than a unit has been changed to "the amount separately stated as corresponding charge in association with stock trade commissions" since the day of listing of our stocks to Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2. It has been stated in articles of incorporation that our shareholders could not exercise rights on shared stocks less than a unit except those rights listed below.
- Rights stated any items in Article 189-2 of Company Act
- Right to request upon the statement in Article 166-1 of Company Act
- Right to receive allotment of share for subscription and reservation of share for new subscription based depending on the number of shares
