About CanBas

CanBas focuses on the discovery and development of novel oncology drugs targeting the cell cycle. Our lead product, CBP501, is a modified synthetic peptide which enhances the efficacy of cisplatin without adding toxicity when administered in combination. CBP501 is in US Phase II development for first-line treatment of late stage malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
